Here at Basera we really value our artisans, their amazing talents and age old crafts. All our goods are sourced from Fair Trade or ethically made groups.
What does that mean?It means that you can shop knowing that our groups adhere to Fair Trade standards, including fair wages, no discrimination, no child labour, good working conditions and hours, a chance to progress within the company and learn new skills and sound environmental policies, and more. Why? We can’t put it better than Dr Angela David who famously said :”I am no longer accepting the things I can not change. I am changing the things I can not accept”.
